"Alan, and his company VintageSpec, accurately and completely inventoried my entire 8000 bottle cellar into CellarTracker. Now, wherever I am, I can keep track of all my wines and which home they're stored at. The most useful though is being able to search for which wines are at their peak and need to be consumed right away. No longer do I have to open a bottle only realize that I should have drunk it years ago.

VintageSpec printed bar-code stickers for each bottle, and trained my assistant (who could not even understand how to read a wine label) to print labels, and to accurately enter and delete inventory. There can't be a simpler system, and bar code label on each bottle has my "drink by" date, and scores from Parker, Tanzer, WS etc. I can grab any bottle in my cellar and see all the important information and I can also check my wines from any computer or my phone. The days of accidentally buying a case of wine of which I already have are over!

VintageSpec also designed and built my cellar expansion during a lengthy home remodel. They installed cooling systems and racking, and coordinated seamlessly with the general contractors for electrical, ventilation, insulation, water, drainage, and vapor barrier requirements in the cellar space. The resulting cellar is beautiful and functional!

I highly recommend Alan Manley and VintageSpec to help you build or organize your cellar.

"Just wanted to let you know how your services have been so wonderful! Starting with your beautifully designed and constructed cellar in my home which is efficient and and true pleasure to show off. Next you helped to select only the best wines in all price points, which as a beginner collector I could have never done on my own. Now, thanks to your expertise I've quickly become a better educated consumer. Your sales department is always helpful with great recommendations and answering any questions I have. You’re the best anywhere, looking forward to many years with you! "

"I found the site to be intuitive, and the navigational features such as the bread-crumb trail is very helpful. I also found the search to be very helpful. The search will be very key when you have all of the various categories online. I like the way you have categorized things....I also like the fact that you use PayPal. I like being able to use just PayPal instead of having to enter credit card information on every site from from which I order something.....Congratulations on the site, I think it's great!"

"Thank you so much for hosting the Winery Release Party honoring the Huntleys. Your woodshop is quite conducive for entertaining a group of grape lovers. The ambiance was alluring commencing with the imaginative email invitation, your warm welcome, and the attention-grabbing map of Washington state. You provided vast and varied delectable hors d’oeuvres (salmon, shrimp, prosciutto, brie, cheddar, atc. Bites) which complimented the Walla Walla wines to a tee. I certainly enjoyed the colorful conversations and solving the world’s problems under the grip of the grape. What a wonderful wine sampling soirée! You both are gracious hosts and your kindness and generosity is sincerely appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet you and I wish you much success in your future endeavors."
